Since the early 2000s, Formula 1 has evolved from a mechanical engineering competition into a hyper-complex, data-driven corporate ecosystem. This paper introduces the F1 Collapse Matrix, a macro-organisational framework designed to audit team viability, resource allocation, and structural health under the constraints of the modern Cost Cap era. Version 2.0 refines the original framework based on empirical counter-evidence from championship dynasties (Mercedes 2014-2016, Red Bull 2010-2013, 2021-2023 and McLaren 2024-2025). The framework now recognises three viable driver management configurations and one failure mode: strategic ambiguity. By adapting macroeconomic evaluation models to motorsport, this research identifies a strict 12-point paradigm: The 6 Pillars of Organizational Success and The 6 Stages of Collapse.
