This paper constructs a unified theoretical system for macroscopic cosmic structure and microscopic photon coupling, addressing the lack of a fundamental unified framework in traditional cosmology and quantum theory. Based on the nested 45° double-cone as the core geometric structure, five fundamental elements are defined: U (the whole 4D universe), 1ₘ (macroscopic structural unit), 1ₚ (microscopic photon unit), 1⁰ (potential supply field), and 0 (logical separator). The universe operates via a three-layer dynamically coupled mechanism: an inner double-cone helical engine that generates endogenous power, a middle self-closed coupling cone wall that forms the cosmic structure, and an outer tree-like network that transports structural nutrients from the 1⁰ field. At the microscopic level, photon coupling follows an isomorphic rule: the 1⁰ field continuously supplies structural units, and coupling is achieved by expelling the separator 0, while decoupling occurs by inserting 0, naturally explaining quantum entanglement and nonlocality. The main text focuses on the core mechanism, and this abstract supplements observational consistency, theoretical innovation, and academic significance: the model is highly consistent with observations including large-scale filaments, cosmic acceleration, dark matter, and dark energy, is strictly falsifiable, and unifies physics across scales without ad hoc assumptions, providing a concise and self-consistent foundational framework for theoretical physics and cosmology.
