Akerlof demonstrated that imperfect information degrades markets.This paper argues that much of this imperfection is structurally avoidable. By introducing Structural Data Ambiguity and demonstrating its elimination in non-organic domains through the CTMinfo framework, the paper proposes a shift from modeling uncertainty to removing it at the data level.
