Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of positive feedback psychological support combined with comprehensive nursing in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its impact on neurological function and daily living abilities. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital (time span: January 2024 to December 2024) were divided into two groups based on the order of admission. The group names, number of cases, and nursing plans were as follows: Group A (first 30 cases, routine nursing) and Group B (last 30 cases, positive feedback psychological support combined with comprehensive nursing). The two groups were compared in terms of neurological function, limb function, emotional state, daily living ability, cognitive ability, and the occurrence of complications. Results Compared with Group A, Group B had lower NIHSS scores and higher FMA scores after nursing; compared with Group A, Group B had lower SAS and SDS scores after nursing; compared with Group A, Group B had higher ADL and MMSE scores after nursing; compared with Group A, Group B had a lower incidence of complications. Conclusion For patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, implementing positive feedback psychological support combined with comprehensive nursing during treatment achieves ideal overall nursing effects. It helps promote the recovery of neurological function, reduce patient resistance, improve their self-care ability and motor function, and ensures good overall safety.
