This record corresponds to Version 3 (v3) of the Finite-Distinguishability Closure (FDC) framework. The present upload provides the full material archive of the framework, serving as a complete and explicit disclosure of its structural construction. This version includes: - the full layered architecture (Axioms → Functions → Constructive → No-Go → Normalization → Representation → Results → Numerical),- all constructive derivations and exclusion (No-Go) structures,- the closure construction underlying both Route I and Route II,- explicit projection definitions linking the closure structure to numerical outputs,- and a fully reproducible numerical evaluation layer. The central theoretical claim of the framework is explicitly stated: There exists exactly one admissible closure-ready structure Δ* within the admissible structural domain. All numerical quantities, including the inverse fine-structure constant and particle mass ratios, are derived as secondary projections (readouts) of this unique structure. No empirical constants, parameter fitting, or external physical inputs are used. All results are internally defined through admissibility constraints and structural exclusion. This version extends Version 2 (v2) by: - providing a complete and explicit structural archive of the framework,- clarifying the uniqueness claim at the level of the closure structure Δ*,- and consolidating all components required for independent reconstruction. This document is not optimized for readability. It is intended as a full technical archive establishing priority, completeness, and reproducibility of the theoretical framework. All components required for independent reconstruction are includedin the attached file.
