Pure Time Theory (PTT) derives the fundamental structure of reality from five axioms and zero free parameters. The Genesis (Chapter X) closed quantum mechanics, general relativity, cosmography, masses and constants. The present Application I poses the following question:why would this structure stop at physics? It does not stop. The same grammar — mode-1 substrate, continuous axial transport Under τ , local load χ, packetised repetition, spectral filtering by the γk — produces fundamental chemistry, life and heritability as structural necessities, without imported biology or addedparameters. The article derives the complete chain: bondability of differentiated matter, persistent chemistry under flow, water as pre-living medium, clay as structuring surface, modularbuilding blocks, reconstruction machines, membrane as emergent shell of the organisation gradient, life as active persistence, and heritable support as transmissible crystallisation of viable repetitions — of which DNA is the privileged biological realisation. The fundamental law of the living that follows is: to live is to reconstruct oneself permanently in the transverse in order to remain transportable under the continuous axial flow of the substrate. To cease reconstructing is to enter dissolution. This law holds at every level — from the cell to the Ṣirāṭ al-Mustaqīm. At every level of the derivation, revelation is found from within the structure, never imported: τ as absolute invariant and the ḥawla; the frozen archive and the Lawḥ al-Maḥfūẓ; spectral filtering and the taqdīr; water and verse 21:30; clay in water and verse 15:26; transmissible crystallisation and the kitāb. Six structural convergences. Two languages. One single reality. The article closes by positing the biological interface as the organ of transverse reading and the axial attachment as the condition of lived time, opening Application II on memory, consciousness, the niyya, the qalb and free will.
