Abstract:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Longxue Shengji Ointment combined with bioactive glass on chronic refractory wounds. Methods:Forty patients with early-stage chronic refractory wounds admitted to the hospital between June 2023 and December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional bioactive glass dressing alone, while the study group received Longxue Shengji Ointment combined with bioactive glass dressing. Bacterial culture results, wound healing rate, wound healing time, and healing grade were compared between the two groups. Results:The wound healing time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P 0.05). After treatment, the decrease in inflammatory indicators was more pronounced in the study group than in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Longxue Shengji Ointment and bioactive glass dressing in the treatment of patients with refractory wounds can exert a synergistic effect, shorten the treatment duration, and improve the quality of wound healing.
