This paper presents SkillSwap, a peer-to-peer microlearning and barter-based platform designed to facilitate skill exchange without monetary transactions. The system enables users to act as both learners and mentors, promoting collaborative learning and knowledge sharing. The platform incorporates a skill-matching mechanism to connect users based on their offered and required skills. It integrates modules such as authentication, skill management, matchmaking, communication, and scheduling to ensure an efficient and scalable learning experience. By combining microlearning principles with a barter-based model, SkillSwap reduces financial barriers and enhances accessibility in digital education. This work highlights the potential of community-driven learning ecosystems in modern skill development.
