Abstract:In the era of digital economy, digital technology is profoundly reshaping the form of higher education. The construction of a "one-stop" integrated management model for student communities in universities provides the physical space and organizational framework foundation for solving challenges such as fragmented traditional student management and separated educational fields. However, to truly achieve deeper development in management, service, and organizational education, it is necessary to promote the deep integration of student communities and the teaching system. From a new perspective of "digital empowerment", this paper explores how to utilize digital technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things to systematically promote innovative integration of the management functions and teaching modes of "one-stop" student communities in universities through data connectivity, process reengineering, scene reconstruction, and intelligent collaboration. The research aims to build an integrated innovation model centered on student growth data streams, with a smart community platform as the hub, and precision education services as the goal, providing theoretical references and practical paths for universities in the new era to construct a new type of educational community that combines online and offline elements and promotes mutual enhancement in management and teaching.
