Paper PE-01 organizes, from the side of the highest-order conditions in the Dualbind theoretical system, how existence is to be understood as a set of connection conditions among State, Boundary, and Context. It does not present a new physical model or a completed mathematical-physical theory. Rather, it conceptually fixes how existence can obtain as the interrelation of observability, difference, Boundary, and Context, and clarifies the higher-order conditions that precede information, structure, geometry, and physical description. Within Dualbind, this paper is positioned as a conceptual supplementary paper that reinforces the semantic layer of Paper C while fixing the minimum skeleton of the “Physics of Existence.”It is published as a paired Japanese–English edition.
