That's according to James Haggerty, J.D., President and CEO of PRCG Haggerty LLC and PRCG Sports, crisis communications consultant, and Stetson Law Professor. An effective crisis communications response can mitigate an unstable or critical situation that threatens to have an undesirable or negative impact on your institution's reputation, business, and goals. There's much you can do now to ensure you’re prepared to communicate effectively when the inevitable occurs.
