In the modern industrial environment, employee relations play a vital role in enhancing workplace motivation and overall organizational performance. This study aims to examine the impact of employee relations on workplace motivation in automobile manufacturing units using a descriptive research design. Primary data was collected from 106 respondents through a structured questionnaire, and statistical tools such as percentage analysis, mean, and correlation were used for data interpretation. The findings reveal that key factors such as effective communication, employee participation in decision-making, grievance handling systems, and supportive supervision significantly influence employee motivation levels. The study also identifies a strong positive relationship between employee relations and workplace motivation, indicating that organizations with better employee relations practices tend to achieve higher employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity. Furthermore, a positive work environment and transparent management practices contribute to improved morale and retention. The study concludes that strengthening employee relations is essential for sustaining motivation and achieving long-term organizational success
