Abstract This paper consolidates three elements of the Primitive Principle (Chao 2026b) that have been identified as under-justified in the canonical text. First, it supplies a step-by-step derivation from the Intention-to-Exist (ItoE) to triaxial closure, establishing that admissible existence must instantiate Coherence (C), Reflexivity (R), and Participation (P) as jointly necessary and mutually non-convertible roles. Second, it integrates the register vocabulary introduced in Chao 2026e — Ground, Mode, and Field — into the derivational architecture, showing that these levels are structural rather than supplementary. Third, it identifies and discloses the irreducible stipulative residue at the foundation of the programme: the points at which the derivation moves beyond pure deduction to transcendental, structural, and abductive reasoning. No new ontological primitives are introduced. No published definition, axiom, or lemma is modified. The paper does not revise Chao 2026b or retract Chao 2026e. It sits alongside the published foundations as a derivational consolidation, strengthening the programme's interrogability under sustained scrutiny. The derivation identifies four distributed residues: that sustained distinction requires a locus (co-instantiation with Participation required for persistence); that operativity presupposes availability (a transcendental claim about the grounding of modality); that operative boundary requires crossings (binding locus to actualisation); and that C–R–P closure is complete (an abductive rather than deductive claim). These residues are minimal but irreducible. Acknowledging them openly clarifies the exact structure of the programme's load-bearing commitments, such that challenge can be directed precisely and extension can proceed with clarity.
