舒适护理在肾性高血压患者中的护理效果分析（Analysis of the Nursing Effect of Comfort Care in Patients with Renal Hypertension）

Abstract：Objective： To analyze the effect of health education in renal hypertension. Methods：70 patients with renal hypertension who were treated in our hospital from September 2024 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 35 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional nursing mode，while the observation group received the comfort nursing intervention. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The pre-adherence rate，total satisfaction rate，excellent rate of health education knowledge mastery，and blood pressure levels before and after the intervention in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The comfort nursing mode has a good effect when applied to patients with renal hypertension. Compared with the traditional nursing mode，the comfort nursing strategy can significantly improve the indicators of excellent mastery of health education knowledge，adherence to daily medication，and satisfaction with nursing in patients，and is conducive to improving the blood pressure level of patients and enhancing their understanding of the hazards and protection of hypertension.
