This research provides a direct visual fixation of the subnuclear dynamics within the DNA backbone. It defines human aging as a programmed coalescence (merging) of seven coherent plasma contours into a single inactive filament, occurring in approximately 15-year cycles. The work identifies the "Quantum Controller" located at the core-axial interface as the primary regulator of biological time. Additionally, it explains oncogenesis as a power-to-structure mismatch leading to uncontrolled electron emission. This model offers a fundamental engineering approach to biological rejuvenation and cancer prevention.
