The study aimed to identify the obstacles to administrative empowerment of women's academic leaders in emerging Saudi universities, and ways to solve them from their point of view. The study adapted the descriptive method. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The study sample consisted of (128) female academic leaders in emerging Saudi universities. The results showed that the obstacles to empowering women academic leaders in emerging Saudi universities are to a large degree. The highest Factors of social obstacles came to a large degree. Followed by organizational and administrative obstacles to a medium degree. Finally, personal obstacles came to a moderate degree. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the obstacles to administrative empowerment of women's academic leaders (organizational, administrative, personal, social) and the total degree according to the variable of academic rank and administrative position. There were statistically significant differences according to the variable years of experience, and the differences were in favor of the category of more than 10 years. The results also showed that the proposed solutions to overcome the obstacles to administrative empowerment of women academic leaders in emerging Saudi universities, and from their point of view, came to a large degree.
