This early draft (Version 3) presents the core revelation of the Charge-Entanglement Ontology: energy is continuous and relational, while information is quantized in the discrete orbital shell labeled by the integer locking level \(n\) of the elliptical Alpha Void Tear. The paper shows how this single insight naturally explains why photons come in quanta, derives Einstein’s photoelectric effect, and recovers Planck’s blackbody radiation law from thermal transitions between discrete orbital shells — all without ad-hoc quantization postulates. Entanglement is treated as primary (the sharing of a single higher-\(N\) shell), with particles and photons as resolved ends of shared quanta. The work forms part of a coherent series that reinterprets foundational physics through a minimal pre-geometric framework grounded in one object (the Alpha Void Tear) and one discrete informational degree of freedom (\(n\)).
