This study presents a computational analysis of large-scale phonetic structure in the Biblical Pentateuch. Using a reproducible phonetic representation and a multi-layer statistical framework, the study identifies coordinated patterns of consonantal recurrence, boundary-sensitive organization, and distributed rhyme-like correspondence across the corpus. The analysis demonstrates that phonetic patterning is structured across multiple scales, including non-uniform and distance-selective recurrence, alignment with textual segmentation, and continuous distribution throughout the text. These effects remain robust under randomized controls that preserve local phonetic distributions. A comparison with modern Hebrew literary prose shows substantially weaker and less systematically organized phonetic structure, suggesting that the observed patterns in the Pentateuch reflect coordinated large-scale organization rather than general properties of the language alone.
