Overview. This document summarises the results obtained in a single research session of the Minimum Relational Universe programme. Starting from the Radial Acceleration Relation test, the session progressed through: the derivation of the μ-function from resource allocation, the External Field Effect, the structural entropy hypothesis for dark matter, the DOF counting formula, the Regge calculus derivation, the covariant k-essence action, CLASS Boltzmann code verification of the CMB power spectrum, and culminated in a neutrino mass prediction of Σmν = 0.76 eV derived from the dimensionality of spacetime. All results are classified as derived, tested, conjectured, or open. Tests from 10 to 38 are all included in the zip file. The entropy field does not replace spacetime. It explains why spacetime curves, why dark matter exists, and how much neutrinos weigh. All from one principle: persistent structures emit entropy, and entropy gradients are gravity. The rest is consequences. DISCLAIMER Generative AI was used to assist with literature screening / coding support / draft language revision. All AI-assisted outputs were independently checked by the author, and the author takes full responsibility for the final analysis and text. This is encompassing all the work that has been done and will be done. All code is under MIT licensing. All research papers are under Creative Commons License. All code, outputs and notes are included in the reproducibility bundle zip file.
