This paper offers a mathematical resolution to the Hubble tension by accounting for the nonlinearity of phase resistance in a clumped universe. Using Jensen's inequality, we demonstrate that the expansion rate in cosmic voids exceeds the homogeneous baseline extrapolated from CMB data. The model analytically derives a local expansion value of H0 ≈ 74.07 km/s/Mpc, aligning precisely with independent supernova measurements without invoking new physics. This short communication is based on the comprehensive theoretical framework 'The Universe as a Hydro-Elastic 4D Mechanism' (Archived at Zenodo: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19616545).
