Abstract

The talk covers software quality aspects with the target audience being data stewards, RDM coordinators or research assessment teams. Software classifications are introduced and Research Software defined. The FAIR4RS principles are discussed and based on DFG's Code of Conduct the subtopics: software discovery, publication, software citation are briefly introduced. The talk ends with a discussion of assessment metrics.
