This case underscores the importance of clinico-histopathological evaluation and a comprehensive, multimodal treatment approach, with nasopharyngeal extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP) considered as a differential diagnosis in nasopharyngeal masses. Given the potential for progression to multiple myeloma, long-term surveillance is crucial.
