This work proposes that Earth does not act as a passive medium for high-energy neutrinos, but as a macroscopic resonance filter whose internal structure modulates observability through cumulative environmental mismatch. Within the USP Field Theory framework, neutrino transmission is governed by a path-integrated frequency mismatch between the propagating structure and the surrounding medium. The observable flux is modeled as: Pₒbs (E, θ) = P₀ (E) exp -β ∫ₚath Δfₑnv (s, E) ds This formulation predicts that attenuation is not purely interaction-driven, but emerges from resonance filtering across Earth’s layered structure. The model leads to a directly testable prediction: a systematic angular asymmetry in detected neutrino flux correlated with Earth-crossing path length and internal density profile. A statistical test framework is provided using IceCube-class detectors, with clear falsification criteria. The work positions Earth as a large-scale resonance-selecting system, extending the USP framework from microscopic to planetary scales.
