Background: Clinical intervention for neurotic mental disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) has long been plagued by superficial theoretical deconstruction, non-standardized operational procedures, and insufficient adaptability. Existing therapies struggle to achieve closed-loop intervention for symptom relief and personality growth. Over the past century, modern psychology has exhibited fragmented and phenomenologically descriptive characteristics, with various theoretical schools lacking a unified deconstruction of the overall structure and internal dynamics of the psychological system, which has hindered the in-depth development of mental disorder intervention technologies. Methods: Based on more than 20 years of clinical practice and long-term follow-up of 60 OCD cases, this study first deconstructed and constructed a six-factor theoretical model of the pathogenesis of OCD. Meanwhile, it proposed the core theoretical system of Vector Psychology as support, whose core premise is: the psychology of any living system with psychological activities is essentially a psychological energy storage system structurally constructed by multiple psychological vectors. This study further put forward 3 extended hypotheses and took the Dual-Channel Theory as the core operational mechanism of Vector Psychology, clarifying the diversity and difference of psychological vectors, the structuralization and dynamic balance of the psychological system, the convertibility and intervenability of psychological energy storage, and the antagonistic and complementary laws of dual-channel psychological information processing, thus forming a complete logical chain of "core hypothesis - extended hypotheses - operational mechanism - practical implementation". Based on the six-factor model and the theoretical system of Vector Psychology, an original Visual Packing Therapy (VPT) was proposed. With "psychological vector imbalance" as the core pathological hypothesis, VPT integrates the mechanism of thinking representation visualization and constructs an independent intervention system of "visual dynamic presentation - gradual self-separation - autonomous vector reconstruction", focusing on the restoration and activation of individuals' Self Original Awareness (SOA) state. This study originally proposed the SOA Vitality Index and initially verified its correlation with physiological indicators such as heart rate variability and electroencephalographic activity, providing a quantitative scale for efficacy evaluation. Results: Strictly following the theoretical logic of the six-factor model and Vector Psychology, VPT converts specific symptoms into abstract negative vector models through 7 standardized operational procedures with exclusive graphic tools. It achieves gradual separation between the self and the disorder structure relying on the metaphorical ladder of "net-wall-package", weakens the negative vector cycle through dual-channel regulation, and restores individuals' SOA capabilities. Clinical evidence shows that VPT has good adaptability to help-seekers with mental disorders from different cultural backgrounds and varying severity levels, with the marked effective rate and cure rate of OCD both exceeding 95%. An AI-based vertical system for psychological treatment developed based on this therapy has obtained 1 national patent authorization and 2 patents pending preliminary examination, realizing in-depth integration of theoretical innovation and technological transformation. Conclusion: The original six-factor model of OCD, the theoretical system of Vector Psychology, and Visual Packing Therapy (VPT) proposed in this study provide a replicable and promotable new academic path and practical scheme for non-pharmacological intervention of mental disorders, making up for the core shortcomings of the existing intervention system. Meanwhile, they solve the fragmentation dilemma of modern psychology and build a theoretical bridge between Vector Psychology and the application of artificial intelligence in the field of psychology. As the soul of the entire theoretical and practical system, the Vector Psychology hypothesis, together with the Dual-Channel Theory as the core operational mechanism and SOA (Self Original Awareness) as the fundamental core of psychological regulation, runs through the entire process of VPT construction, mechanism interpretation, and clinical application, which is the fundamental basis for VPT's originality and effectiveness.
