This paper reveals a new mechanism of "ignition - northward push - secondary rebound - ultimate convergence" for circum-Pacific seismic chains by reviewing four complete megathrust earthquake cycles since 1700 and combining real-time seismic activity data from 2025-2026. Unlike traditional patterns where Chile served as the main energy source with gradual attenuation, the current cycle presents a unique mode: Chile triggers the stress loop with a small-magnitude earthquake, Kamchatka acts as the main energy release point, Japan experiences consecutive strong earthquakes due to the secondary rebound effect, and all energy finally converges at the Cascadia subduction zone. GPS crustal deformation data and b-value statistics confirm that the circum-Pacific plate has become a rigid whole under the solar maximum resonance period, leading to stress saturation and rigid transmission without intermediate buffering. This study provides an empirical and theoretical basis for the prediction of catastrophic geological events in North America.
