This paper constructs a complete, closed, and unified operation system of the Pythagorean Unified System. Starting from the critique and reshaping of traditional zero through negation of negation, it establishes the primitives: 1 (reality), 1⁰ (background), and 0 (interface). It systematically presents the full operation chain: V6. 0 four-dimensional arithmetic and four-dimensional binary, V8. 0 geometric structure growth operations, V9. 2 axiomatic algebra with original operators, V9. 3 endogenous ₁ dynamics, and V9. 91 global unity. The system realizes the complete unification of theory, operation, axiom, and physics, with strict conservation, closure, and no contradictions. It is a permanent core archive for Zenodo.
