TheEffective communication between doctors and nurses is essential for delivering safe, timely, and high-quality healthcare. However, in many clinical environments, communication gaps, delayed information exchange, and fragmented documentation can lead to medical errors, workflow inefficiencies, and reduced quality of patient care. The Smart Doctor–Nurse Clinical Communication System is proposed as an intelligent digital platform designed to enhance real-time collaboration, streamline clinical information sharing, and improve decision-making in healthcare settings. This project focuses on the design and development of a secure and integrated communication system that enables doctors and nurses to exchange patient-related information efficiently through a centralized digital interface. The system incorporates features such as real-time messaging, patient status updates, automated alerts, task assignments, and clinical documentation support. By integrating these functionalities, the platform ensures that critical medical information is delivered promptly to the appropriate healthcare professionals. The proposed system utilizes modern technologies such as cloud-based data management, secure authentication mechanisms, and role-based access control to protect sensitive patient information while maintaining accessibility for authorized users. Additionally, the system can incorporate intelligent notification mechanisms and decision-support features that help healthcare staff prioritize tasks, respond to patient conditions quickly, and reduce the risk of communication-related medical errors. From an operational perspective, the Smart Doctor–Nurse Clinical Communication System improves hospital workflow efficiency by minimizing delays in information transfer and reducing reliance on traditional communication methods such as verbal instructions or paper-based records. The expected outcomes of this project include improved coordination between medical staff, enhanced patient safety, reduced response time in clinical decision-making, and overall improvement in healthcare service delivery. By leveraging digital communication technologies and intelligent system design, the proposed solution contributes to the modernization of hospital communication infrastructure and supports the development of more efficient, responsive, and patient-centered healthcare systems.
