Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping educational practices, offering new tools for teaching, learning, and administration. This research explores the integration of AI into teaching, focusing on its potential to enhance teaching effectiveness, personalize learning, and reduce teachers’ administrative workload. The study examines both opportunities—such as AI-driven adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring systems, and automated assessment—and challenges, including ethical concerns, bias, and the potential impact on teachers’ professional roles. Drawing on current literature and empirical studies, the research highlights that while AI can augment teaching practices, it is unlikely to fully replace human educators due to the irreplaceable value of mentorship, emotional intelligence, and pedagogical judgment. The paper concludes with recommendations for the responsible adoption of AI in classrooms and outlines future research directions to maximize its benefits while mitigating potential risks.
