ABSTRACT Modern physics remains constrained by the "Vacuum Fallacy," utilizing abstract spacetime curvature to describe orbital motion. This paper introduces the Vortex-Pressure Model (VPG), asserting that space is a superfluid neutrino field. Orbital stability is redefined not as a gravitational "pull," but as a state of Balanced Impedance. By calculating the interaction between the neutrino field and the 2+1 electron shells of matter, we establish Schuppers Law. This framework achieves mathematical parity with General Relativity at the 63.43° Golden Anchor while providing a mechanical explanation for observed satellite energy anomalies. We bridge the gap between the atom and the cosmos through the 2-0-8 Lead Resonance, proving that a recursive numerical and geometric order—transitioning from 2D instructions to 3D volume—precedes all physical manifestation.
