Version 105. 0 of the Fractal Multiverse theory. A comprehensive CPT-symmetric cosmological framework derived from a single 5D Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet action, organized around six interlocking pillars addressing inflation, the non-singular bounce, the origin of mass, dark matter (Ancestral Gravity Field), the cosmological constant, and the planckeon conduit network. New in v105. 0: (1) MCMC fits of the conduit-scaled AGF kernel to the full SPARC rotation curve dataset, recovering Sigma_* = 159 +/- 9 Mₛun/pc² across 100+ galaxies with alphac = 1/2 derived from brane geometry; (2) derivation of the deep-MOND scaling and baryonic Tully-Fisher slope from the Gaussian brane form factor; (3) systematic comparison with Boyle-Turok, Asymptotic Safety, and Horava-Lifshitz frameworks.
