While modern AI has achieved breakthroughs in perception, language, and distributed computation, it still lacks fundamental mechanisms for stability, coherence, and governance. This work introduces a unified architecture integrating five interdependent patent families: NonsenseShield (PCT/IB2025/058726) — dual-layer cognitive filtering system preventing hallucinations, repetition loops, and semantic drift through statistical divergence control (e.g., JS divergence thresholds, repetition rate monitoring). Mind-AI-Floor (PCT/IB2026/051702) — resonant consensus framework replacing voting-based coordination with phase-aligned decision fields across distributed agents. Stability Control / The Resonator (PCT/IB2026/051533) — spectral-domain stabilization mechanism suppressing instability via adaptive damping and phase synchronization. Dual-Contour Adaptive Subject (PCT/IB2026/051495) — persistent identity architecture separating internal cognitive state from external behavior, enabling long-duration autonomous systems. Policy-Enforced Governance Layer (PCT/IB2026/051489) — cryptographic governance framework embedding compliance, dual-key authorization, and immutable WORM logging directly into AI operation. Together, these components form a closed-loop control system, transforming AI from a probabilistic generator into a stable, coherent, and governable intelligence field.
