Public-Private Partnership (PPP) has been globally recognized as a better option to addressing infrastructure and housing need. This paper therefore appraises various PPP Models in other to ascertain its effectiveness for a sustainable housing delivery in South-East. A survey design was adopted for this work and information gathered through interviews and questionnaires distributed to Real Estate Developers and South-East Housing Development Cooperation were analyzed using SPSS version 28. The result shows that only 31% of housing projects were successfully completed using PPP Models while 69% were either public or private built. This shows a poor utilization of PPP Models in housing delivery. It also shows the percentage of prevalent PPP Models in the following order; Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model (49.4%), Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model (43.6%), Build Lease Transfer (BLT) model (30.8%), and Hybrid models (6.1%) in that order. It is expected that in all PPP arrangements, there is need for adequate sanction for any form of defaulting in any agreement. Also, a quarterly progress report is needed for early adjustment or renegotiations where necessary.
