The building was recorded photographically prior to and during alterations for a change of use. The investigation was titled 'watching brief' but in effect was a level 2 building survey. The building was originally a school of 1860, primarily of a single storey, with extensions n 1895 and later, and a first floor was installed when it was converted to offices.
