This study determined the effect of employee motivation and organizational productivity of deposit money banks in Anambra state, Nigeria, using interpersonal relationship and employee motivation as the independent variables. Survey research design was adopted. The population of the study consists of deposit money banks operating in the State. Pearson coefficient correlation was employed to test the hypotheses. The study found that interpersonal relationship, and employee motivation has significant relationship with organizational productivity in deposit money banks. Therefore conclude that employee motivation has a significant relationship on organizational productivity among bank employees in Anambra State. Based on the findings, the study recommended among others that banks should implement structures that promote effective communication and organize recreational activities to strengthen interpersonal bonds, which in turn enhance organizational performance
