This work presents a self-consistent framework of Time Field Theory (TFT) based on the invariance of total intrinsic speed. The theory derives velocity-dependent gravitational acceleration from first principles, without free parameters or ad hoc assumptions. Matter is interpreted as localized fluctuations of the time field, and mass is a measure of field perturbation. Within TFT, quark confinement and asymptotic freedom are naturally explained by the enhanced gravitational effect of quarks moving at near-light speeds inside hadrons, without introducing color charges or gluon fields. The framework is consistent with high-precision gravitational experiments and provides a consistent interpretation for small residuals in high-energy measurements. A testable prediction using cold-atom interferometry is proposed to distinguish TFT from general relativity. This paper provides a complete, stable, and formal presentation suitable for direct peer review.
