Hierarchical Bounce Theory (HBT) is a minimal cosmological framework in which the Big Bang singularity is replaced by a smooth, analytic bounce generated by a universal high-density correction to the effective energy density, > \ (₄₅₅ = - ² \). > This modification resolves the classical singularity, produces a nearly scale-invariant spectrum of perturbations without inflation, and introduces a hereditary mechanism in which black holes seed new universes. A key feature of HBT is that the same high-density transition that generates the bounce also provides a unitary resolution of the black hole information paradox: information is preserved through a deterministic mapping into the initial conditions of the daughter universe. HBT explains the Hubble tension, CMB hemispherical asymmetry, and the existence of early supermassive black holes observed by JWST. It makes sharp, falsifiable predictions, including \ (r = 0. 012 0. 002 \), dipole-modulated SMBH distributions, and low-\ (\) CMB suppression. This article presents the unified formulation of HBT, synthesizing the results of Parts I–IV and establishing a complete research program.
