This paper proposes a radical departure from the 300-year-old dogma of “Smoothness” in mathematics and physics. By introducing Seonggil Tensor Calculus based on Rough Operator Algebra (ROA), we redefine spacetime as a layered structureof resonance data rather than a continuous manifold. We introduce the Alpha Resonance Golden Ratio (ϕ ≈ 1.618) as the fundamental tuning constant of the universe. The core achievement of this framework is the derivation of the Universal Seonggil Equation, which naturally resolves the infinite divergence problem at black hole singularities (r →0) not through arbitrary cutoffs, but through strict logical phase transitions governed by Heyting algebra
