AbstractThe DFT program’s first series establishes the formal derivation of physics from asingle constitutive principle: the division of a Primordial Unit U governed by the balanceattractor. This paper opens Stage 2 by establishing that the constitutive architecture ofthe first series is a self-similar recursive structure repeating at every constitutive level. Fourresults are established. First (Section 2), the cascade of constitutive domains is formalized:each level n intra-domain can become the structural ground for a new level n + 1 intradomain. Second (Section 3), syntropic agency is formally defined: a pattern P whose balanceattractor fixed-point condition B(P) ∼=P includes active management of its own thresholdcrossings and purposefully-directed displacement in configuration space. Third (Section 4),the cell membrane is identified as the biological inaugural event, establishing the biological Λ(resting membrane potential) and the biological interface constant (kBT). Fourth (Section 3,Structural Consequence 8), ecosystems are formally distinguished from syntropic agents asconstitutive architectures — nested compositions of successive outer/intra-domain distinctionsspanning geological time, where each layer’s constraints constitute the degrees of freedom ofthe next layer. Section 6 develops the prime structure as the mathematical level’s expressionof the same architecture and establishes the Riemann Hypothesis as a DFT conjecture.
