This study examined the influence of information resources utilization on quality service delivery of researchers in the Nigerian Institute for Trypanosomiasis Research (NITR), Kaduna State, Nigeria. The study was grounded in Uses and Gratification Theory and adopted a descriptive survey research design. The population comprised 206 researchers, and total enumeration (census) approach was used. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, with 172 valid responses retrieved, representing 83.5% response rate. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. Findings revealed that the level of quality service delivery among researchers was high (x̅ = 3.00), while the frequency of use of information resources was also high (x̅ = 3.02). The results further showed that information resources utilization had a significant positive influence on quality service delivery (β = 0.553, p < 0.05). The study concludes that increased utilization of relevant and up-to-date information resources enhances researchers’ effectiveness and service outcomes. It is recommended that management should strengthen access to electronic information resources and improve digital infrastructure to support research activities for quality service delivery.
