The analysis of the works of writers and poets exposes deeper layers of cultural heritage and their significance for modern society. The research details the popularisation and promotion of literary local history in the Western region of Kazakhstan and presents the final indicators of the observed levels of literary development in the Urals-Caspian region in chronological order, applying an individual approach to the creative world of poets and writers. The works of individual literary representatives are examined in both scientific and literary contexts through a thematic review. The findings show that both established authors and emerging talents have significantly transformed the Kazakh literary tradition. Particular attention is given to the relationship between traditional aspects of literary heritage and new trends in contemporary literature. The results of the study can serve as a foundation for developing educational programmes dedicated to the literary heritage of the Urals-Caspian region, contributing to a deeper understanding of the influence of life events on the creative output of regional writers and poets.
