This paper puts forward the 9D USTE-based K^* scalar field as the universal global substrate, aiming to solve the core paradoxes of the standard cosmological model, including the origin of 4D cosmic space expansion, the cosmological heat death (entropy accumulation) dilemma, and the lack of closed cosmic energy cycle. By constructing the induced metric relation between 9D manifold and 4D spacetime through projection operators, the study proposes the mechanism of spontaneous symmetry restoration to realize complete entropy dissipation, and modifies the cosmic dynamic equation by introducing high-dimensional spatial flux to explain the eternal expansion of the universe. In addition, it defines consciousness as a high-order self-organized coherent field based on field theory. The theory is completely independent of string theory and supersymmetry, forming a mathematically self-consistent and physically closed unified theoretical framework, which provides a brand-new solution for revealing the eternal mechanism of the universe and solving the heat death paradox.
