This manuscript presents Paper 049 of the Enumiaze H4/E8-K48 research program. It continues Paper 048 by moving from topology-audit closure to phenomenological search targets. The paper defines a dark 600-cell through the algebraic conjugation φ → −1/φ, derives dark-phi24 and dark-BSM72 mass spectra, identifies candidate mass windows near 85.6 GeV, 224.0 GeV, 586.6 GeV, and 661.5 GeV, and formulates a Fano-plane closure argument corresponding to the Maxwell magnetic law ∇·B = 0.The manuscript preserves a strict distinction between internal algebraic outputs, physical interpretations, and external experimental tests. Its primary contribution is not a claim of empirical discovery, but a compact and reproducible set of falsifiable mass and topology targets generated from a finite algebraic framework.
