We present a unified geometric explanation for four of the most intractable numerical puzzles in modern cosmology and particle physics: (1) Hubble tension (5. 1 sigma discrepancy): resolved with epsilon = 0. 029, predicting H₀ = 73. 5 km/s/Mpc from CMB data alone. (2) Hierarchy problem: the ratio FEM/Fgrav = alpha × (lambdaₚ/lP) ² = 1. 235 × 10³6 derived exactly from first principles. (3) Cosmological constant problem: the ratio rhoP/rhoLambda = (R₀/lP) ² ~ 10¹23 is not fine-tuning — it is the age of the Universe measured in Planck units. (4) Baryonic asymmetry: eta ~ 10^-10 derived from the topology of sphere eversion at the Big Bang, with no new particles. All four results emerge from a single principle: the Planck length lP is the minimum scale of spacetime — proven as a theorem (not postulated) in the framework of Dynamical Abstract Spheres (DAS). No free parameters. No new particles. No extra dimensions. Seven falsifiable predictions for experiments in 2025–2035. This preprint is part of the DAS series (Books 5–10), available on Zenodo.
