The rapid advancement of wearable technology has significantly transformed consumer lifestyles, with smartwatches emerging as a prominent segment within the digital ecosystem. This study investigates customer satisfaction towards smartwatches by examining the influence of three key product attributes: design, functionality, and battery life. Adopting a descriptive research design, primary data were collected from 120 smartwatch users using a structured questionnaire, supported by secondary data from relevant academic sources. Statistical tools including descriptive analysis and regression analysis were employed to evaluate the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that functionality is the most influential determinant of customer satisfaction, followed by design and battery life. While design contributes positively to user experience, its impact is comparatively moderate. Battery life, despite being perceived as highly important, exhibits lower satisfaction levels, indicating a gap between user expectations and actual performance. The regression model confirms a significant positive relationship between the selected attributes and customer satisfaction, with functionality demonstrating the highest predictive power. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is found to significantly influence repurchase intention, highlighting its role in fostering customer loyalty. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing an integrated framework that examines multiple product attributes simultaneously within a regional context. The findings offer practical insights for smartwatch manufacturers to enhance product development strategies by prioritizing functional efficiency and battery performance while maintaining appealing design elements.
