This paper presents a detailed theoretical description of the fundamental structural unit in the primordial matter model — a three-dimensional cubic lattice formed by filamentary multi-channel waveguides. The oscillatory dynamics of primordial particles inside the waveguides, resonance interactions at crossing points, luminescence characteristics, and the scaling mechanism leading to the emergence of elementary particles are analyzed. The model demonstrates the presence of pre-encoded information governing the formation of subsequent material structures.
