Abstract This paper proposes a self-consistent, complete, and assumption-free unified field theory system based on the rigid regular tetradecahedral uniton as the most fundamental elementary unit of the universe, together with two underlying principles: global linkage and global non-equilibrium. The theory uniformly explains space, waves, electromagnetism, force, heat, temperature, light, the speed of light, atomic nuclei, electrons, matter, dark matter, black holes, life, the multi-layer structure of the human body, and the isomorphism between the human body and the universe. It realizes a logical closed loop between microscopic particles and the macroscopic universe, resolves core dilemmas in modern physics such as dark matter, spacetime singularities, and the contradiction between quantum mechanics and gravity, and provides a new framework for the unification of fundamental physics.
