The standard cosmological model (CDM) relies on theoretical constructs such as Dark Matter and Dark Energy to reconcile observations with General Relativity. This paper introduces “Protocol 184”—a deterministic, mechanical model that replaces these exotic entities with observable physical phenomena: rotational torque, string resonance, and inertial friction. We propose that the universe operates as a closed, 100% efficient system where time is an emergent property of structural resistance. By defining mass as a density-friction coefficient against the universe’s spin, we derive a mathematical framework that balances baryonic mass density against the boundary tension threshold (Constant 184), providing a purely mechanical explanation for time dilation, galaxy rotation curves, and the cyclical nature of the cosmos.
