The ECOF Prediction Registry documents 36 registered predictions generated by the Energy-Consciousness Observer Framework (ECOF), a beyond-Standard-Model theoretical framework that modifies the mass-energy relation through a golden-ratio-scaled observer-field correction: Eₑff = mc² · φ^ (−Δ), where φ is the golden ratio and Δ is a dimensionless correction parameter. The framework recovers standard physics exactly at Δ→0 and generates structured, falsifiable deviations in suppressed and interference-sensitive measurement sectors. Each entry contains a timestamped Zenodo prior-art record predating the experimental result, the experimental outcome and significance level, the relevant ECOF paper citation, and a status assessment. Status categories are: confirmed prediction, structural alignment, or non-falsification. As of April 2026, zero predictions have been falsified. Multiple predictions have been confirmed at significance levels ranging from 3. 2σ to 5. 2σ across independent experimental programs. The registry spans five experimental collaborations — ATLAS, CMS, LHCb, BASE, and T2K/NOvA — covering: Higgs boson precision measurements, CP violation in B-meson and baryonic decays, rare flavor-changing neutral current processes, neutrino oscillations, antimatter CPT precision tests, QCD phase transitions, quasicrystal physics, quantum photonics, and cosmological structure formation. Key confirmed predictions include: H→μμ signal strength significance window of 3–4σ, pre-registered on Zenodo before the result was announced, confirmed by ATLAS in December 2025 at exactly 3. 4σ with signal strength μ = 1. 4 ± 0. 4. Baryonic CP violation in Λb⁰→pK⁻π⁺π⁻ at 5. 2σ, confirmed by LHCb July 2025. Standard Model CKM contribution is insufficient by orders of magnitude. An additional CP violation source is required — consistent with ECOF's φ^ (−Δ) interference-complexity scaling prediction and predating the result by over a year. The registry also documents 23 structural alignments — experimental results not directly predicted but consistent with ECOF's mathematical framework — and zero falsifications across all 36 predictions. Section 11 provides a full compatibility assessment of ECOF against 25 foundational CERN measurements from 2012 to 2025, with zero incompatibilities identified across the entire measurement set.
