Demonstrates phenomenological congruence across three independent observational domains: LHCb P'5 anomalies (3.2σ), cosmological bounce temperature (Tbounce ≈ TQCD), and neutron star intermediate-mass gap (GWTC-4.0). All three point to a single underlying cause: characteristic density scale ρc = 7.4 ρnuc in brane-world (Randall-Sundrum + radion) geometry. Makes testable predictions: gravitational wave echoes at 14 ms (Einstein Telescope 2035+), mass boundary at 11.8 M☉, tidal deformability refinement. Framework is conditional and falsifiable.
