Abstract: Reciprocal Measurement and the Mapping Origin of c (v1.5.2) This section of the SRE Dynamics framework provides a formal derivation of the speed of light (c) as a fundamental logical limit rather than a mere physical constant. By redefining perception as a process of Reciprocal Measurement within a causal network, this paper establishes that physical reality is "instantiated" only when information nodes achieve Causal Alignment through cross-correlation. The study demonstrates that c represents the Maximum Synchronization Frequency—the global "Baud Rate"—of the causal network, defined by the ratio of the minimum indexing granularity (Planck Length, Lp) to the atomic logic cycle (Planck Time, Tp). Within this mapping, any interaction exceeding this frequency remains in a "pending" logical state, unable to be rendered into 3D spatial reality. Furthermore, this framework accounts for the constancy of c across reference frames as a logical necessity of Protocol Invariance, where observers and measured entities are co-derived from the same underlying resolution limits (h and c). This mapping provides the operational interface for the causal topology of reality.
